EXTENDED SCHOOL DAY PROGRAM

The Academy ESD Program provides after-school care for our Academy students. The program is self-supporting, and your student's attendance is a privilege. Registration is selected through a LOTTERY system. The lottery for the 2024-2025 school year has been pulled. We now have a waitlist for the next school year. If you would like to be placed on the waitlist, please fill out the application and email it to ASmart@readingedgeacademy.org.

Invoices and attendance are done through the Procare App.

ESD Application

POLICY

PREPAYMENT is REQUIRED and is due before each week begins.
You are signing up your child for the school year. There is NO Daily Rate.
Unexpected childcare is limited, and a $20 fee must be paid when a child is picked up that day.

FEES

1 child $65.00 per week
2 children $100.00 per week
3 children $125.00 per week

According to the Constitution of the State of Florida, Article VII, Section 10, it is a violation for public schools to operate on a “credit” basis. All payments must be made in advance prior to the start of the attendance period.
Checks shall be made payable to Reading Edge Academy and submitted no later than Friday of the week prior.

There is a phone in ESD: You may call 386-668-8911. This is the school number and it will ring in the office until the office is closed. Please be patient when calling after hours, sometimes ESD is outside playing.
